The Cuban Dance Festival to be held in Barcelona, will take all the necessary steps to ensure that your personal information remains private. The following terms apply to all persons wishing to participate in the event. By confirming and paying your reservation, you accept the following terms and conditions of participation: 

Registrations and tickets Policy

Once your ticket is purchased, it is not refundable. Instead, you can transfer it to another attendee and such action must be notified to us by writing to our email account: info@cubandancefestivalinbarcelona.com, no later than 24 hours before the event kicks off. In the email, you must provide: name, telephone number, email address and dance level of the person you are transferring your ticket to. In this line, we will need to make sure we are giving acceptance to right participant him/her and the best possible experience at the event. 

Participants must have a personal identification at the time of registration as well as a printed copy of the paid ticket. 

By signing up for the event, you authorize CBB to use your personal data or your personal image (photographs) for promotional purposes. You may withdraw such consent at any time by sending us an email to info@cubandancefestivalinbarcelona.com Your personal data will never be transferred to third parties.

Media and Communication:

We accept that pictures and videos taken by CBB crew during the Festival may be used later for commercial purposes. If you do not wish to be in the videos or pictures, please let us know when you sign up for the event. If so, we kindly ask you to send us an official email to info@cubandancefestivalinbarcelona.com or add a note while registering at the Festival. If we dont hear from you, please try another contact form. Messenger i Facebook or telephone call +45 (30586100) is is very important we know in advanced.  If we do not receive any notification from you, telling us otherwise, we will assume you are accepting the use of your pictures for promotional purpose after your payment has been received. 

We suggest you visit our website, or our official Facebook account to get an idea of our promotional videos and pictures. The material resulting from the Festival (pictures and video) is property of CBB. Please be advised that by signing this document, you have given permission to CBB crew (only) to use audio-visual material. Everything recorded by third parties during workshops, or any other activities, is not CBB’s responsibility to deal with it.

In case you have any questions or concerns before or during the Festival, it is very important you communicate them to us. If you think you can solve by yourself a situation you may suddenly face, you are more that welcome to give it a try, or you may ask our crew how to handle the situation. We would like to try finding the best possible solution for you. If you meet anything during your festival which is not up to your expectations, you are responsible for informing our crew as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Cancellations:

In case of natural disasters, pandemic, heavy rain, or any other problem that may occur in our venues, Cuba Baila in Barcelona is not responsible to refund any payment. It is a necessary requirement to have a comprehensive travel insurance that also covers the cancellation of the event you are assisting to, as well as any medical treatment you may need during your stay in Mataró.

CBB reserves the right to cancel the event or change the date in case of any force majeure occours. We will of course, notify the guest as soon as possible of the new date.  In the event that CBB cancel the event, will grant 100% refund to ALL PARTICIPANTS.
